For-Sale-By-Owner (FSBO)

There are homeowners who decide to skip the use of a real estate agent when selling their home. A professionally prepared real estate appraisal report can assist the homeowner with an understanding of the current market conditions and assist with determining an estimated opinion of market value for listing purpose. We do not advocate for either party in the proceeding and will prepare and appraisal report with an estimated opinion of value based on our analysis of the condition of the subject property and an analysis of the market data available.
