This graph represents May 2018 thru May 2023 monthly active listings vs monthly sales volume. We have not seen the current market conditions since 2018 thru 2019. Sales volume continues to struggle to meet volume from previous years and the number of listings late 2022 and early 2023 have exceeded the highest volume in the past five years.
